De psychedelische droomwereld van Alice is terug, 10 jaar na het originele spel voor de PC. Alice zit nog midden in het rouwproces en heeft de dood van haar familie nog niet verwerkt. Nadat ze jaren heeft rondgedwaald in haar eigen fantasiewereld is er nu eindelijk hulp. Samen met haar psychiater werkt ze aan het herstel van haar geestelijke gesteldheid. Ze zal nu de confrontatie aan moeten gaan met haar nachtmerries en hallucinaties. Alice gaat opzoek naar de antwoorden op vragen die het mysterie rondom de dood van haar ouders omhullen. In dit avontuur zul je als speler bekende plekken uit Wonderland tegen komen, evenals de straten van London.
